This isn't as effortless to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, utilizing the stairs is a excellent way to get some extra exercise. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a couple of floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? So many people pick the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.

Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your lifestyle choices. It’s about making your body as strong as it can be.

  3. You need 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Prepare 2 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
  5. You need 3/4 of water.
  6. You need 1 of egg or 2 tablespoons of water.
  7. It's 1/4 teaspoon of salt optional.
  8. Prepare of Add extra 1/4 c water.

  11. Prepare 1/2 c of sugar.
  12. You need 1 bag of Frozen fruit mix.
  13. You need of Veggie oil.

  1. Make pancake recipe make sure it's a little runny.
  2. Next take frozen fruit put in microwave safe bowl microwave for few minutes then take out add sugar (filling sugar) then microwave for few more minutes until warm (microwaves temp may vary).
  3. Then oil pan and heat til a drop of water sizzles then add pancake mix.
  4. Cook til the pancake top is bubbles then add couple tablespoons of sugar fruit mixture to pancake top then flip in half as if ur making an omlete.
  5. Cook for a few minutes flip onto plate making sure the pancake stays folded in half with fruit Inside of it.
  6. Then take little bit of fruit mixture juice and pour over it.
