Boneless Fried Chicken

Ingredients of Boneless Fried Chicken

  1. It's 1/2 kg of boneless chicken.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of vinegar.
  4. You need 4 tbsp of mehran chicken broast masala.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of water.
  6. You need 1.5 cup of maida (For coating).
  7. It's 2 cups of oil (For frying).

  1. Marinate boneless chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, mehran chicken broast masala & water for 30 minutes..
  2. Now coat each chicken piece with maida & refrigerate them for an hour..
  3. Heat oil & fry chicken on medium heat..
  4. When they become golden & crispy, take them out..
  5. Serve with ketchup & imli sauce..
