Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.
Drink water, not alternative beverages. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your lone source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is often the main element to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.
