  9. It's 1 tbsp of adrak julien cut.
  10. You need 2 tbsp of dahi.
  11. You need 6,7 of hari mirchain.
  12. It's 1 tbsp of kasuri methi.

  1. Sab se pehle kadahi me oil dalain phir chicken and lehsan adrak daal kar 2,3 minunt bhoon lain.
  2. Ab is me tomatoes ko do piece kar ke medium flame par dhak dain 5 minunt ke liye.
  3. Ab dhakan hata kar timater ke chilke ko utaar lain ab 5 hari mirch chopped, mirch,kali mirch, kasuri methi namak zeera, daak kar bhoon lain ab dahi bhi shamil kar anch dheemi kar ke dhak dain ye apne pani me pak tayyar ho jaye ga.
  4. Ab jab kadahi tayyar ho jaye oil upper ajaye to upper se 3 hari mirch,adrak and hara dhania chihrak dain and dish out kar lain.
