This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is often the key to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are a good deal of things that work toward your getting healthy. An costly gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it.   1. You need 500 gm of boneless cicken cut in cubes.
  2. Prepare half of cup ghee/butter.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  4. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. You need half of tsp termeric powder.
  6. Prepare 1 of tspoon roasted crushed cumin.
  7. You need 1 tsp of corriender powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of roasted crushed fengreek leaves.
  9. You need 1 of small onion(optional).
  10. You need 3 of medium tomatoes.
  11. You need 5 of tabsp cream.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  14. It's 3 of green chillies.
  15. You need 3 of tabsp ginger julian chopped.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Add ghee in handi/potadd onion fry 1 minute add g g paste fry 1 more minute..
  3. Add tomatoes and salt,red chilli powderand termeric powder.cover and cook until tomatoes are mix and tender..
  4. Add chicken fry 5 minute with masala.cover for 6 to 8 minute.open lid when water is about to dry.add cumin and coriander powdet.mix and cook.for 2 minutes..
  5. Add cream and crushed fengreek(methi) leaves.cook for 1 minute.add some chillies and ginger..
  6. Serve in small serving handi by garnishing more ginger and green chillies.Serve hot with naan or tandoori roti..
