Ingredients of Chicken boneless handi

  1. You need 1 of full boneless chicken.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of oil.
  3. Prepare 2 of big onion chopped.
  4. Prepare 3 of big tomato puree.
  5. Prepare 1 tbs of ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's 1/2 tbs of red chilli powder.
  7. You need 1/2 tbs of coriander powder.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. You need 1/2 of , tsp chilli flakes.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of oregano for unique taste.
  11. You need of For garnishing.
  12. Prepare of Garlic, coriander leaves and a lemon 🍋.

Chicken boneless handi step by step

  1. Take a pot add oil in it and chopped onion let it fry until the colour of onion turn little golden after that add ginger garlic paste and stir it for a mint or so.
  2. Then add chicken in it and 1cup of water and let the chicken cooked after that add all the spices and give it a good mix.
  3. After 3,4mints add tomatoes puree in it and let it cook for 10,15mints cover it with lid when it's cooked you can give dam of coal also but I didn't do that (because my mother says it's not good for health).
  4. After the Hindi is cooked you can either Served it on bowl or even in handi it self I don't have handi so I just Served it in bowl..
  5. Eat it with naan chappati or even paratha trust me you'll love it do have some daahi with it.
