Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will decide to be lazy and take an elevator instead of choosing exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a terrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. When you decide on water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. This also helps you lower your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really slimming down and getting healthy.

There are a lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. Hot Chocolate

Ingredients of Hot Chocolate

  1. Prepare 500 ml of Full cream milk.
  2. It's 1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder.
  3. It's 1 tablespoon of Sugar or according to your taste (I used organic brown sugar).
  4. It's 1 Tablespoon of White chocolate (grated) or you can use white choco chip.
  5. It's 3-4 drops of Red food colour.
  6. It's as required of For garnishing Marshmallows and some sugar confetti.

Hot Chocolate instructions

  1. In a pan boil milk.
  2. Once the milk start boiling add Cinnamon powder, sugar and white chocolate and cook altogether for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Now switch off the gas and add Red colour 3 to 4 drops... Mix it nicely.
  4. Pour it in a glass add some Marshmallows and serve it hot.

Preptime: 25 Minutes

Cooktime: 36 Minutes

Serve: 3 Persons
