Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Drink water, not alternative drinks. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Having water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories away from your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water intake.

  1. It's 2 Cups of Powdered Sugar.
  2. Prepare 1 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
  3. Prepare 2 Cups of Instant Nonfat Dry Milk.

  1. Sift all Ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine (I doubled the recipe in the picture).
  2. Store in an air tight container. It will easily be good for at least 2 years..
  3. When ready to drink, Warm up a cup of hot water or milk and stir in 3 heaping teaspoons of the powder mix. Top with desired toppings; Marshmallows, Whipped Cream, Etc..
