Ingredients of Edamame pasta with spicy turkey mince For Jamo

  1. Prepare 300 g of mince.
  2. You need 3 of sundried tomatoes.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of oregano.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of dried parsley.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of dried rosemary.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of crushed artichokes.
  7. Prepare dash of salt & pepper.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of (heaped!) crushed chillis.
  9. You need of parmesan for garnish.
  10. It's 1/2 of onion.
  11. Prepare 1 clove of garlic.
  12. You need 200-300 g of edamame pasta (...store bought guys-I'm not quite that good cooking!).

  1. For the mince: Finely chop onion and garlic. Combine together with a little oil. In a large bowl, combine the mince together with all the spices. Add the onion/garlic to the bowl and mix well. Heat the mince until cooked through and flavour with salt/pepper..

  3. For the pasta: bring about 2L of salted water (or vegetable stock) to boil. Add the edamame pasta and cook for 5min. Drain..
