Ingredients of Edamame & Avocado Spaghetti

  1. Prepare 4 of servings Spaghetti.
  2. You need 1 cup of ‘Edamame’ Beans removed from pods.
  3. It's 1 of Avocado.
  4. It's 1 clove of Garlic *grated.
  5. It's 150 g of Silken Tofu OR 120g Thick Cream.
  6. It's 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice.
  7. You need 2 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese *grated.
  8. It's of Salt & Peppe.

Edamame & Avocado Spaghetti step by step

  1. Cook Spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water as instructed..
  2. Place all the sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth..
  3. Mix the Edamame & Avocado sauce with the cooked spaghetti..
  4. Add your favourite topping to it, such as freshly cracked Black Pepper and shaved Parmesan Cheese. I recommend Soy Sauce!.
