Go up the stairs. Stroll up the stairs to where you live or work as opposed to using the elevator. Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also important. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your health levels. You want your body to be powerful too.

  1. It's 500 grams of Edamame.
  2. It's 1 tbsp of Salt (for rubbing in).
  3. You need 100 ml of Water.

  1. Massage the salt into the edamame. Place a bowl under the strainer, and repeatedly wash the edamame with water, pour out the water and replace with fresh water. Keep washing until the water in the bowl comes out clean..
  2. Add the washed edamame to a deep frying pan (or pot) and add water. Don't add salt..
  3. Cover the pan and heat on medium..
  4. The edamame will develop a nice aroma after 4-6 minutes. The time may differ depending on the quality or condition of the edamame..
  5. Place in a strainer, and use an electric fan or hand fan to quickly cool, and they're done! Try eating one, and adjust the saltiness to your liking..
