Rich & Smooth Edamame Tofu

Ingredients of Rich & Smooth Edamame Tofu

  1. You need 50 grams of Edamame (net weight).
  2. Prepare 150 grams of Silken tofu (no need to drain the water).
  3. It's 100 ml of Milk.
  4. It's 1/4 tsp of Salt.
  5. Prepare 2 1/2 grams of Powdered gelatin.

Rich & Smooth Edamame Tofu step by step

  1. Boil the edamame (thaw if frozen). Remove the beans from the pods..
  2. Mix the tofu and edamame in a blender (or food processor) until smooth..
  3. Dissolve the gelatin and salt in milk, then add to Step 2 and mix well..
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and cool in the refrigerator to stiffen..

Cooktime: 47 Minutes

Serve: 3 Persons
