Ingredients of Edamame with Garlic

  1. It's 4 cup of edamame.
  2. Prepare of salt.
  3. You need 4 tbsp of chopped garlic.
  4. It's 2 quart of boiling water.
  5. You need 3 tbsp of olive oil.
  6. You need of red pepper flakes.

Edamame with Garlic instructions

  1. I used frozen edamame. Place edamame in a bowl and add salt, let sit to defrost.
  2. Boil a pot of water.
  3. Blanch edamame for 1 minute.
  4. Drain edamame.
  5. In a hot fry pan add olive oil and garlic.
  6. Add edamame to fry pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes..
  7. Place in a bowl and enjoy. A great finger food..
  8. FYI. You don't eat the pods. Suck the flavor off the pods and eat the beans inside..
