Sesame Edamame

Ingredients of Sesame Edamame

  1. Prepare 3 cup of edamame.
  2. It's 1 tbsp of dark soya sauce.
  3. Prepare to taste of salt.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of sesame oil.

Sesame Edamame step by step

  1. Boil edamame with salt for 10 minutes, covered..
  2. Strain and remove water from it. Pat dry..
  3. Heat wok or thick bottom kadai, pour sesame oil followed by edamame..
  4. Toss for few minutes and add dark soy sauce..
  5. Let all the sauce evaporate, sprinkle roasted sesame on it..
  6. Serve hot. Can be eaten as snacks, lunch and dinner as well..
