  2. Prepare 1 of small tin Sweetcorn.
  3. Prepare 1/2 of tray of Baby Plum Tomatoes.
  4. It's to taste of Salt and Pepper.

  1. Pull the portion of Lamb apart to make” pulled Lamb”. Separate into small pieces..
  2. Add sliced Tomatoes to container..
  3. Drain and add Sweetcorn, mix well. Season to taste..
  4. Chill in Fridge, until time to put into cold, insulated lunch bag. Eat when required! Enjoy!.
