While this will be tough to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is totally do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Water is the best beverage out there. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat terrible diet foods. Effective weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Not all of them necessitate fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart about the selections you make each day is a start.   1. Layer greens, and veggies, cheese in meal prep tubaware..
  2. Put the ground beef in a separate container (heat before eating top on salad).
  3. Sprinkle hot sauce to use as dressing and use 1 lime wedge juice on salad.

Preptime: 27 Minutes

Cooktime: 50 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
