  2. Prepare 2 of tomatoes, medium sized.
  3. It's as per taste of Salt.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  5. It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of chilli powder.
  7. It's 2 of green Chillies.
  8. Prepare Some of coriander leaves.
  9. It's as required of Oil.

  1. Wash bitter gourd take out skin split with knife again wash..
  2. Then wash again and fill little salt in bitter gourd keep aside for 1hour then wash again..
  3. Heat the oil and deep fry it until little golden brown take out from oil and put in some water and boil for 2-3 minutes..
  4. Now take a kadhai pu1 serving spoon oil add cummin seeds after cracking add tomatoes Puri mix it well..
  5. Then add boil bitter gourd all masalas like red chilli powder tarmaric powder coriander powder and little salt chopped green chillies and coriander leaves mix it..
  6. After 1minutes add some water not more than 1cup then slow gas flame.off flame after 1minute.Our bitter gourd curry is ready to serve..
