Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get off of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Choose water over other products. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. Using them for your lone source of hydration, however, is dumb. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really losing weight and getting healthy.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. An costly gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Ingredients of Punjabi Lunch

  1. It's of Veg - Makhanvala.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of chopped french beans.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of chopped carrots.
  4. You need 1 cup of chopped potato.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of Boiled mutter.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum.
  7. It's 4 of chopped tomato.
  8. Prepare 2 of chopped onion.
  9. It's 2 of green chillies.
  10. You need 10-12 of garlic piece.
  11. You need 1/2 tbsp of garam masala.
  12. You need 3 piece of clove.
  13. You need 1 of cardamom.
  14. You need 1 piece of cinnamon.
  15. You need 1 tbsp of khasmiri chilli powder.
  16. It's 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder.
  17. It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  18. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  19. Prepare 1/4 cup of butter.
  20. It's 2 tbsp of oil.
  21. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped coriander.
  22. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped paneer.
  23. You need 5-7 of cashew.
  24. Prepare 1/4 cup of magjtari na seeds (watermelon seeds).
  25. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of kitchen king masala.
  26. It's 1/2 tbsp of kasuri methi.

Punjabi Lunch step by step

  1. Add salt to carrot, potato and French beans and steam it.
  2. Take 1/2 tbsp oil and add onion and after 2 minutes add green chillies, garlic, tomato, cinnamon, salt cardamom and clove. Mix it well and roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add some amount of chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  4. Now when it comes at room temperature crush it and make gravy.
  5. Crush cashew and magjtari na seeds and add water and make a paste.
  6. Now take a kadai and add butter and remaining amount of oil and now add gravy and roast for 5 minutes.
  7. Now add cashew paste mix it well and add the remaining amount of masala at the last add kitchen king masala and kasuri methi and add steamed vegetables and paneer.
  8. Mix it well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Now garnish it with butter, grated paneer and coriander and serve it.

Preptime: 31 Minutes

Cooktime: 35 Minutes

Serve: 2 Persons
