Ingredients of Lunch

  1. You need of Egg omelette.
  2. You need 1 cup of ladies finger sliced.
  3. You need 1/2 of onion chopped.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of greenchilli chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 pinch of garlic.
  6. You need 1 pinch of jeera.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of coconut grated.
  8. Prepare of Seasoning ingredients.
  9. It's of mustard seeds curry leaves chilli whole& oil for seasoning.
  10. Prepare 1 of carrot chopped.
  11. It's of Same a ingredients.
  12. It's 1 of beetroot chopped.
  13. Prepare of Same a ingredients.
  14. It's of Sambar.
  15. Prepare 1/2 cup of dal.
  16. You need 2 pods of garlic.
  17. It's 1 of chilli.
  18. Prepare 5 of Small onion.
  19. You need 3/4 cup of water.
  20. Prepare 1 of Ladies finger.
  21. It's 1 of Drumstick.
  22. Prepare 1 of Tomato small.
  23. It's 1-2 of Brinjal.
  24. Prepare 1 of Carrot small.
  25. Prepare 1/2 cup of Yellow cucumber.
  26. It's leaves of Coriander.
  27. It's of Turmeric powder.
  28. It's of Seasoning2.
  29. Prepare 3 tsp of coconut oil.
  30. It's of Mustard seed curry leaves jeera whole chilli Fenugreek seed ascetafoetida.
  31. It's 1/2 spoon of chilli powder.
  32. It's 1 1/2 of spoon eastern sambar powder.
  33. You need 1/4 cup of Tamarind water.
  34. You need of boiled rice.
  35. Prepare of pappad.
  36. It's of eastern kadu mango pickle.

Lunch instructions

  1. Make omelette.
  2. Fry Pappad.
  3. Slice ladies finger and add salt. Fry it.
  4. Carrot thoran. Heat the pan add seasoning ingredients. Add onion &chilli chopped and carrot chopped. Add salt. Sauté it and close the lid for 2 min in low flame.
  5. Grind coconut geera garlic and turmeric. Add this into above mix and close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins.
  6. Beetroot thoran cook beetroot chopped with salt and 4 spoon water..
  7. Heat the pan add seasoning ingredients. Add onionchopped and beetroot. Sauté it and close the lid for 2 min in low flame.
  8. Grind coconut geera and 1 whole chilli. Add this into above mix and close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins.
  9. Sambar.
  10. Add e ingredients in a pressure cooker wait for 2 whistle.
  11. Cut f ingredients. Add this in to the above mix with salt. wait for 1 whistle.
  12. Heat the pan add seasoning2 ingredients. In low flame add hai ingredients sauté it then add tamarind water allow to boil. Pour this into the above mix.
  13. Boil rice and strain it.
  14. Arrange rice omelette carrot thoran beetroot thoran ladies finger fry pickle sambar and pappad in a plate.
  15. Serve this tasty meal to your loved ones😍😍.
