Walk up the stairs. Instead of choosing the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a super high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is completely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Pick water over other drinks. Having a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your only source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. Having water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat gross diet foods. Productive weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water ingestion.

There are lots of things you can do to become healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Don't overlook that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. You need to help make your body as strong as possible.

Ingredients of Baked pork chops

  1. You need 1 of thin sliced, boneless pork chops (can use chicken too).
  2. It's 1 of French dressing.
  3. You need 1 of Italian breadcrumbs.

Baked pork chops instructions

  1. Wash your pork chops then coat in breadcrumbs.
  2. Next dip breaded chops (or chicken) in french dressing, coat both sides.
  3. Then coat in breadcrumbs again..
  4. Bake for 40 mins on 350°. For the last 5 mins I put on broil to make them more crisp..
  5. Take out and enjoy!!.

Cooktime: 59 Minutes
