Climb stairs. Rather than riding an elevator, take the stairs to the floor you live or work on. Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a fantastic way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Choose water over other refreshments. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. Getting most of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. When you decide on water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are lots of things you can pursue to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done every day, can do a great deal to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart about the selections you make each day is a start. Trying to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Don't ignore that health isn't only about simply how much you weigh. You need your body to be strong too.

Baked pork chops

Ingredients of Baked pork chops

  1. Prepare 1 of skinless, bone-in pork chops (i made 8).
  2. You need 1 cup of shurfine or any kind of bread crumbs.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of seasoned salt.
  4. It's 1 tsp of parmesan cheese.
  5. It's 1 pinch of salt and pepper.

Baked pork chops step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 375° Pour a cup of bread crumbs into a bowl, add salt/pepper, seasoned salt, and parmesan. Mix around.
  2. Rinse pork chops, trim fat. Prepare a pan with some cooking spray. (I used aluminum foil wrappers)..
  3. Toss pork chops in mixture, coat well. Put onto pan and throw in the oven..
  4. Put pan into the oven for about 35 minutes turn halfway (17 mins) check pork chops to see if done. If not time it for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!.
