Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. So many people pick the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Choose water over other products. Soda and coffee, when ingested in moderation, aren't that bad. Using them for your sole source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is often the main element to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. Little things, when done each day, can do a great deal to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Wanting to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Remember: being healthy and balanced isn’t just about losing weight. You need to help make your body as strong you can make it.

Ingredients of Boneless Chicken Biryani

  1. It's 500 grams of boneless chicken pcs.
  2. Prepare 1 bowl of rice.
  3. It's 1 pcs of cinnamon stick.
  4. It's 1 of brown elachi.
  5. It's 5 pcs of cloves.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of whole peppercorn.
  7. It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  9. Prepare 5 of onions sliced.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of fresh coriander chopped.
  11. You need 5 leaves of fresh mint chopped.
  12. It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  14. It's 1/2 tsp of kasuri methi.
  15. You need 4 tsp of oil.
  16. Prepare 2 bowls of water.

Boneless Chicken Biryani instructions

  1. Take rice wash and soak..
  2. Take a wok add oil when oil heats, add whole masala then add garlic paste saute then add onion sliced saute then add ginger and dry masala then add washed chicken pcs mix and saute for 5 minutes when chicken is half done..
  3. Then add rice and cook for 10 minutes..
  4. After 10 minutes boneless chicken biryani is ready to serve..
