Choose water over other drinks. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your sole source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the main element to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy and balanced. An costly gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Lobster Tail

Ingredients of Lobster Tail

  1. It's 4 of lobster tail.
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of butter.
  3. It's 2 of head garlic chopped.
  4. It's 8 of lemon wedges.
  5. It's 4 tbsp of olive oil.
  6. You need 4 tsp of salt.
  7. Prepare 4 tsp of paprika.

Lobster Tail instructions

  1. Set oven @350 degrees..
  2. Prepare lobster tail. Cut along back of tail (STOP RIGHT BEFORE TAIL FIN). Separate meat from bottom of tail down to base of fin, keeping meat conected to base of fin..
  3. Take separated lobster meat and rub with olive oil, and lay meat ON TOP of shell. Sprinkle with salt and paprika..
  4. Place in 375 oven for 1-1 1/2 min per ounce.... ie. 8oz tail = 8 to 12 min till opaque..
  5. Remove from oven add a tbs of garlic butter to top each tail. Place the tails under the broiler for 3 mins till butter and tail start to brown..
  6. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges..
  7. You can add a steak for surf and turf. Accompany with couscous and asparagus for a complete meal..
