Ingredients of Red Velvet Cupcakes & Cream Cheese Topping

  10. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of white sugar.
  11. It's 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  12. You need 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda).
  13. You need of Cream Cheese Topping.
  14. Prepare 100 grams of soft butter.
  15. Prepare 1 of low fat plain cream cheese (tubs usually come in 250ml).
  16. It's 2 1/2 cup of icing sugar.
  17. It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  18. Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

  1. Beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, vinegar, vanilla extract and food colouring until combined..
  2. Add sifted flour, bicarbonate of soda, cocoa, as well as salt and sugar..
