Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a terrible idea. Getting most of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. Having water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories away from your diet— without having to be forced to eat terrible tasting diet food. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are lots of things you can go after to become healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Ingredients of Boneless chicken biryani

  1. You need 1/2 kg of Chicken. (Boneless).
  2. It's 1 of Onion.
  3. It's 1 of Bay leaf.
  4. It's 3 of Green Cardamom.
  5. You need 1 of Cinnamon Stick.
  6. You need 3 of Cloves.
  7. It's 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of Ginger-Garlic.
  9. You need 2 of tomatoes. (Puree).
  10. It's 1 tbsp of Salt.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Paprika.
  12. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  14. You need 1 tsp of Cumin seed powder.
  15. Prepare 6 tbsp of Yogurt.
  16. Prepare 1 of lemon.
  17. You need 1/2 kg of Rice.
  18. It's 1 tsp of Black pepper.
  19. Prepare 3 of cloves.
  20. It's 1 of Cinnamon stick.
  21. It's 1 tsp of Salt.
  22. It's 4 of mint leaves.
  23. It's 3 of cardamom.

Boneless chicken biryani step by step

  1. Fry the onion until it's golden brown and keep it aside..
  2. Same pan add bay leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon stick and cloves,cumin seeds and fry for 30 seconds..
  3. Add ginger garlic and let it cook for another minute..
  4. Than add tomato puree. Add salt, paprika, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder and cook for a minute..
  5. Than add boneless chicken..
  6. Fry until chicken changes the colour..
  7. Add a little water, cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat..
  8. Always soak rice for at least 20 minutes before cooking..
  9. In the mean time boil the rice..
  10. With whole garam masala and mint leaves.
  11. Add yogurt to the chicken and let it cook for another 5 min...
  12. Once the chicken is ready layer it wit rice, fried onion, lemons and fish cilantro and green chilli..
  13. Cover for 5 minutes on low heat..
  14. Use fork to mix the rice..
  15. Serve with salad and raita.

Cooktime: 40 Minutes
