So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Water is the best drinks out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a terrible idea. Getting all your hydration from them is a terrible idea. Having water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Water is typically one of the keys to really slimming down and getting healthy.

There are plenty of things you can pursue to become healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being smart about the decisions you make each day is a start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also important. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your health levels. It’s about making your body as strong as it can be.

  1. Sieve the flour n cocoa powder. Cream the flour, sugar, buttermilk, cooking oil and eggs. Into the butter add the red food colour.
  2. Take the baking soda and add the vinegar. Fold the mixture into the butter as this is the one to make it rise.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. The cup cakes are ready when you insert a tooth pick comes clean.
