  3. Add the graduated sugar and beat it until light n fluffy and all the sugar has dissolved..

  5. In another bowl sift the salt,baking powder, cocoa n flour..
  6. Mix the food colouring with buttermilk..
  7. Add the flour in three addition to the sugar mixture alternating with buttermilk until all the dry ingredients are fully incorporated..
  8. In a cup mix the baking soda and vinegar n stir fast as they react fast n pour in the cake batter mixing in big strokes n after this bake immediately to avoid loosing the air..
  9. Fill in your cupcake paperliners 3/4 full..
  10. Bake for 18-20.mins. The time is crucial coz they might start falling back. I forgot mine for like three mins n they did..
  11. Once done you can add frosting..
