Ingredients of Red velvet cupcakes

  1. It's 250 g of Flour.
  2. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Salt.
  3. You need 15 g of Cocoa powder.
  4. You need 133 g of Butter.
  5. It's 300 g of Sugar.
  6. You need 2 of large eggs.
  7. You need 1 teaspoon of Vanilla flavor.
  8. It's 1 cup of Buttermilk.
  9. It's 1 teaspoon of Baking soda.
  10. You need 1 teaspoon of Vinegar.
  11. You need of Red colour to suite the eyes.

  1. Add all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat the butter for 3mins with a low speed.
  3. Add sugar to the butter and increase the speed to medium and allow to mix for 5min.
  4. Add eggs in bit to the batter. Allow to mix for 3mins.
  5. Add vinegar to the butter milk and set aside.
  6. Add the dry ingredients into the batter and mix gently with your spatula until it fully incorporated.
  7. Add butter milk, flavor and red food coloring.
  8. Pre heat your oven.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20mins.

Cooktime: 34 Minutes
