Ingredients of Red Velvet Cupcakes

  1. It's 1 1/2 cup of All Purpose Flour.

  5. It's 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.

  9. Prepare 200 ml of Milk.
  10. You need 150 gm of Softened Cream Cheese.
  11. Prepare 3-4 drops of Red food colour.
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of Softened butter.
  13. It's 70 gm of Castor Sugar or Powdered Sugar.
  14. You need 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.

Red Velvet Cupcakes instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk Eggs, Sugar, Vanilla extract, Butter and Milk. Gradually, fold in your dry ingredients to the wet and whisk well to avoid the formation of lumps..
  2. Do this till you have used up the entire flour mixture. In a muffin tin lined with liners, add in a scoopful of this batter into each section. Bake this for about 25-30 minutes or till done..
  3. Take them out and set aside to cool completely. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk in your Cream cheese along with the softened Butter, Sugar and Vanilla extract. Let this cool a little as well. Use this as a frosting to decorate the Muffins. Top it up with some Chocolate sprinklers as I did. Enjoy!.
