Even just a single flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your lone source of hydration, however, is dumb. Having water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the key to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are lots of things you can go after to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't ignore that health isn't only about simply how much you weigh. You need to help to make your body as strong as possible.

  2. In another bowl add in ur oil, egg and sugar and mix until fluffy. (I used egg whisker)..
  3. Add in ur Vanillah extract and mix..

  5. Add in ur red food colour and mix..
  6. Pour half of ur flour mixture to ur wet ingredient and mix..
  7. Add in your buttermilk and mix..
  8. Den finally add ur remaining fIour mixture and mix..
  9. Arrange ur cake liner to ur baking pan, scoop in 2 spoons in each liner. Bake for 20 minutes.. Or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean..
  10. This measurement will give u 12-13 cupcakes.. Enjoy!.
