Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your sole source of hydration, however, is dumb. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Successful weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water intake.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or limited diets. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your lifestyle choices. It’s about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Ingredients of Red Velvet Cupcakes

  1. It's 2 cup of plain flour.
  2. You need 1/4 cup of cocoa powder.

  5. Prepare 1 cup of buttermilk.

  1. Preheat oven to 170°F and line 18 paper cases on a muffin pan.
  2. Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Whisk the buttermilk, butter, eggs, vinegar and vanilla in a jug until combined..
  3. Make a well at the centre of the dry mix and add the buttermilk mix. Add in the food coloring.
  4. Divide the mix among the paper cases and bake for 20-25 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool down.
  5. (Optional) Mix in the extra butter and vanilla together with the cream cheese and icing sugar completely and spread them over the cupcakes..
