There are many things you can pursue to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Ingredients of Calzone

  1. It's 3 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.

Calzone instructions

  1. For the dough: Mix flour, salt, and yeast..
  2. Mix in oil, egg, and hot water. Stir until sticky but firm and pulling away from the sides of the bowl. Let set 5 minutes..
  3. Divide dough into 4 pieces..
  4. Roll each piece of dough into circles approximately 1/4 inch thick..
  5. Add marinara, leaving 1/2-1 inch free of any sauce or filling at the edge of the dough.
  6. Top with ingredients of choice (pictured is pepperoni). Top this with 1/2 cup of cheese..
  7. Fold dough in half over the top of the ingredients so that bit looks like a half circle. Roll the edge together to seal..
  8. Place on baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash.
  9. Bake at 400°F for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before eating.

Preptime: 16 Minutes

Cooktime: 49 Minutes

Serve: 3 Persons
