Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Select water over other refreshments. Soda and coffee, when ingested in small amounts, aren't that bad. It will be, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you lower your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is often the main element to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

  2. It's 2 of cold eggs.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of active dry yeast.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
  6. You need 2 tsp of salt.
  7. Prepare 3/4 cup of room temperature water.

  1. Mix toegther in a small bowl or saucepan the water, olive oil and 2 eggs. Leave aside..
  2. Combine toegther in a medium bowl your sifted flour, salt, yeast and sugar. Mix well and make a small well in the middle of your bowl and slowly pour in your wet oil mixture and begin mixing..
  3. Knead for 10 mins until elastic. This dough might be a little sticky but do not add extra flour. One you shape your dough in a ball place in oiled bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in size for about an hour..
  4. After it has doubled in size gently roll dough out on a clear surface and cut into 10 equal parts. Shape each piece of dough into small balls. Cover for 15 mins to develop..
  5. After 15 mins re-shape balls. Cover and let rise until tripled in size about an hour..
  6. Mix one egg for egg wash. After buns have tripled in size brush them with egg wash and spinkle seasme or poppy seeds for garnish. Bake at 220°C for 12-14 mins.

Cooktime: 37 Minutes
