  1. Chicken wash kar ke.
  2. Onions ginger garlic ready kar le.
  3. Tomatoes ki skin remove kar le.
  4. Imli ko wash kar ke neem garampani main bhigo dein.
  5. Alubukhara wash kar ke rakh de.
  6. Pan main oil dale or onions ko saute karein.
  7. Jab golden brown hu jaein tu in main se kuch onions separate nikal le.
  8. Baqi onions main tomatoes and ginger garlic add karein.
  9. Paste bana le.
  10. Spices add karein.
  11. Baryani masala add karein.
  12. Chicken add karein achy se bhone.
  13. Imli ka pani or alu bukhara add karein.
  14. Yogurt add karein or medium to high flame pay cook karein bcoz boneles chicken buhat jaldi soft hu jata.
  15. Chicken or dahi ka pani dry karein.
  16. Oil separate hu jae or qorma thick hu jae tu ready ha.
  17. Rice ko wash kar ke 1/2 hour ke kie bhigo de.
  18. Rice ke lie pani boil karna rakhein sath main salt and vinegar add kar de.
  19. Sabat masalu ko malmal ke kapre main bandh de or rice wale pani main dal de.
  20. Rice boil hona start hu tu pani main salt taste krein.
  21. Rice almost done hu jaein tu stain kar le.
  22. Zarda rand pani main mix karein.
  23. Dhania podina wash kar le dam ke lie.
  24. Dam ke lie bartan ke nechy tawa rakhein low flame pe.
  25. Sb se pehly rice ki layer lagaein.
  26. Oper baryani qormay ki.
  27. Again rice ki layer.
  28. Again qorma.
  29. Sb se oper rice ki layer ani chahe us pay colour dalein.
  30. Fry onion jo separate kie thy dhania podina or oil dal ke dam de dein.
  31. Jese bhap oper tak a aje baryani ready ha chahein mix kar ke serve karei ya ese he teh ke sath.
  32. Salad ke sath serve karein.
