Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not other beverages. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. It will be, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Successful weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get wholesome. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. It has more to do with making your body as strong as it can be.

Adobo Pork Tip Stew

Ingredients of Adobo Pork Tip Stew

  19. You need 2 of jumbo Russet potatoes; peeled and medium dice.
  20. You need 1 of bay leaf.
  21. You need 1 of vegetable oil.
  22. Prepare 1 of salt and white pepper.

Adobo Pork Tip Stew instructions

  1. Season pork with half of the dried spices, except cinnamon..
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot. Add pork. Caramelize well on all sides. Remove pork and set aside..
  3. Add veggies and remaining spices. Sweat for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until veggies start to become translucent..
  4. Add chicken stock. Scrape the brown bits on the bottom. Add pork and veggies after all bits are encorporated into the stock..
  5. Add pork, veggies, potatoes, and orange juice back to the pot. Add cinnamon and stir well..
  6. Cover and simmer approximately one hour, or until potatoes and pork are tender..
  7. Variations; Crema, cilantro, tequila, roasted bell peppers, shallots, red onion, cornstarch.
