Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Choose water over other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a terrible idea. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Drinking water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is typically one of the keys to really slimming down and becoming really healthy.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get wholesome. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done every day, can do a great deal to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being clever when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. It has more to do with making your body as powerful as it can be.

Ingredients of adobo

  1. You need 1 cup of soy sauce.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of pepper corn.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar.
  4. You need 2 cup of water.
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp of oil, I like to use coconut oil.
  6. You need 3 lb of chicken parts, can also use pork or mixture of both.
  7. You need 5 clove of garlic, smashed can use less or more depending if you like garlic.
  8. Prepare 3/4 cup of vinegar.

adobo instructions

  1. mix all ingredients except oil together in a large pot.
  2. boil on medium-high until chicken is almost falling off the bone. about an hour or so.
  3. separate chicken from sauce.
  4. heat the oil in a pan and fry chicken until light brown about 5 minutes.
  5. remove chicken and set aside.
  6. in the same pan with oil slowly pour sauce in to reduce down, about 7 minutes I do.
  7. you can either pour sauce over chicken or serve on the side as a gravy.
  8. tastes great over steamed white rice.
