Most people will choose to be sluggish and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a terrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. Ingesting water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are a whole lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or limited diets. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being smart about the decisions you make each day is a start. Chicken sprite adobo

Ingredients of Chicken sprite adobo

  1. You need 1/2 kg of chicken.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of soy sauce.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of vinegar.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of sprite( softdrink.
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of peppercorn.
  6. You need 6 cloves of garlic, crushed.
  7. It's 1 of small onion, minced.
  8. Prepare 4 pcs of bay leaves.

Chicken sprite adobo instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, saute garlic and onion until it becomes slightly brownish and aromatic.
  2. Next add the chicken and fry together with garlic until brownish. Stir it from time to time to avoid toasing the garlic.
  3. Pour soy sauce, vinegar add some peppercorns cover pan and let it boil over high heat and adjust low heat after it boils. Simmer for about 15 minutes cooks note ( do not stir vinegar until it boils.
  4. Pour in sprite add bay leaves, let it simmer for few more minutes let the flavor absorb chicken.
  5. Turn off the heat as soon as you achieved you preferred amount of sauce while some want it a little bit less sauce or dry.
