Ingredients of Weezy's Slow Cooked Chicken Adobo!

  1. It's 1 kg of Chicken (I used chicken thighs).
  2. It's 2 of onions, diced.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of minced garlic.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of ground black pepper.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of soy sauce.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of sweet chilli soy sauce (substitute with regular soy sauce if you cant find sweet chilli).
  7. It's 1 cup of white vinegar.

  1. Rub minced garlic over chicken peices.
  2. place chicken in slow cooker ontop of onions. cover in black pepper.
  3. add soy sauce and vinegar.
  4. slow cook for approx 4hours on high or 6/7hours on low. Serve with rice.
