This isn't as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a superb way to get some extra exercise. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? So many people choose the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Water is the very best drinks out there. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. Getting most of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthy and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do a great deal to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. Remember: being healthy and balanced isn’t just about reducing your weight. You need to help to make your body as strong you can make it.

Ingredients of Famous Chicken Adobo

  1. You need 1 of whole chicken cut up.
  2. Prepare 3/4 cup of soy sauce.
  3. You need 3/4 cup of vinegar.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of oyster sauce.
  5. You need 3/4 cup of sprite.
  6. You need 10 cloves of garlic crushed.
  7. You need 1 of small onion chopped.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of peppercorn.
  10. You need 5 pcs of bay leaves (optional).

Famous Chicken Adobo instructions

  1. Take a whole chicken and cut it up in serving size pieces.
  2. Take a large wok or skillet and heat up oil. Add onions and garlic and sauté until brownish. Should take about 3-4 minutes depending on how high your heat is.
  3. Add chicken and sauté until chicken is fully brown on both sides.
  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Add sprite, peppercorn and bay leave and let it simmer on low for another 15-20 minutes or until most of the liquids have been absorbed to your desired amount.
  6. Best served with white rice. Enjoy!.
