Ingredients of Chicken Adobo

  1. You need 500 grams of chicken.
  2. It's 5 tbsp of spy sauce.
  3. It's 4 tbsp of vinegar.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of water.
  5. It's 4 of tbps sarsa mang tomas (or any lechon sauce).
  6. It's 6 of gloves minced garlic.
  7. It's 1 of garlic bulb, sliced into half.
  8. You need 3 of bay leaves.
  9. It's Dash of pepper.
  10. Prepare of hard boiled eggs or quail eggs.

Chicken Adobo step by step

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and vinegar for atleast 30mins..
  2. Brown minced garlic in a pan, until toasted. Set aside..
  3. In the same pan pour chicken with marinade..
  4. Add water, pepper, bulb of garlic and laurel leaf. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add sarsa ni mang tomas and hard boiled eggs..
  6. Add sarsa ni mang tomas and hard boiled eggs..

Preptime: 10 Minutes

Cooktime: 32 Minutes
