Ingredients of Chicken Adobo

  1. Prepare 6 pcs of Chicken Thighs.
  2. You need 2 of medium size Potatoes.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Kikkoman Soy Sauce.
  4. You need 1/8 cup of Regular Soy Sauce.
  5. You need 5 cloves of Garlic.
  6. It's 5 tbsp of Vinegar.
  7. You need of Pepper.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of All Purpose Flour for thickening.
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of Water.
  10. Prepare of Cooking oil.

Chicken Adobo step by step

  1. Marinate chicken in kikkoman, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper for about 15 minutes..
  2. Peel, cut and fry the potatoes. Then, set aside..
  3. In cooking oil, sauté the garlic, then add the marinated chicken. Add water, then let it simmer for 15 minutes tossing the sides every after 5 minutes..
  4. Add the thickening mixture. And lastly the fried potatoes :).
