  2. It's 2 cups of bitterleaf.
  3. It's of Salt.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Palmoil.
  5. Prepare 1 of big oven grilled titus fish.
  6. You need 5 pieces of fresh pepper.
  7. You need 1 of Stockfish.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of Crayfish.
  9. It's 1/2 kg of Meat.
  10. It's 3 of Knorr cubes.
  11. It's 1 of onion.

  1. Boil the meat and stockfish,season with onion,salt,knorr cubes,boil till is tender.cut the titus fish rinse and place in the oven to grill for 20minutes..
  2. Blend egusi to be smooth mix with half cup of water,bleach palmoil and pour in egusi to fry..
  3. Fry for at least ten minutes,then pour in boiled meat and stockfish add two cups of water.Boil for fifteen minutes.blend crayfish and pepper and put in the soup,knorr cubes,grilled fish and salt..
  4. While waiting for the soup to boil for another 10minutes.use warm water and salt and wash the bitterleaf to reduce the bitterness..
  5. Then pour in the bitterleaf boil for 3minutes..stir and soup is ready..
