  2. Prepare 3table spoon of White mustard-.
  3. Prepare 3table spoon of Black mustard.
  4. It's 6 of Green chillies-.
  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder-.
  6. It's 1/2 tea spoon of Red chilli powder.
  7. You need to taste of Salt.
  8. You need 8 table spoon of Mustard oil-.
  9. You need As needed of Water.

Ilish Bhapa in Microwave oven (Hilsa in mustard paste) step by step

  1. First we have to wash the fish thoroughly in cold water.
  2. Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt to the fish..
  3. Then we have to make a paste of black mustard and white mustard with some Green chillies and mustard oil in a mixer grinder..
  4. Then add the paste in the fish and add a handful of water and 4 table spoon of oil to it...and 2 green chillies at the top and leave it for 30 minutes..
  5. Then after 30 minutes. Put it on microwave oven for 10mins..
  6. Serve it hot with rice..
