Ingredients of Oven Grilled Knife Fish (Eja Osan)

  1. Prepare 5 of Fresh habanero pepper.
  2. You need 1 of Bulb Onions.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of Parsley.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Oregano.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Basil.
  6. It's 2 cube of Bouillion.
  7. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare 1 tbs of Garlic fresh blended.
  9. It's 1 tbs of Ginger fresh blended.
  10. It's 2 kg of Fresh Fish.

Oven Grilled Knife Fish (Eja Osan) step by step

  1. Preheat oven 10mins at 200c.
  2. Blend pepper, onions, garlic and ginger; set aside.
  3. Wash and arrange fish in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Add salt, boullion, parsley, basil, oregano and the blended paste.
  5. Mix in properly; add honey if you wish to have the honey glazed flavor or brown sugar if you wish to have the sweet chilli flavor..
  6. Place fish in a baking dish or baking rack and send into the oven for 25mins.
  7. Serve with anything or enjoy it with a glass of Irish Creame on the rock.
