While this will be tough to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is totally do-able. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Drink water, not other drinks. Having a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Getting all your hydration from them is a terrible idea. When you decide on water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is often the main element to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are a good deal of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the choices you make each day is a start. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about slimming down. It has more to do with making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Ingredients of #bake eelfish

  1. It's 1/2 kg of fish.
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of onion paste.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of green chilli flakes.
  5. It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of vinegar.
  7. It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  8. You need of Salt to tast.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of mustard oil.

  1. Cut the head of fish..
  2. Wash the fish and drain out the water..
  3. Marinate the fish with all ingredients and rest for some time..
  4. Take a baking tray and brush it with oil..
  5. Put the fish in the tray. Add 1 handful green pea and 1-2 red chilli..
  6. Bake the fish 180°c for 10 minutes..

Cooktime: 44 Minutes

Serve: 2 Persons
