Ingredients of Oven baked moi-moi

  1. Prepare 2 cups of beans.
  2. You need 2 of small yellow pepper.
  3. It's 1 of onion.
  4. You need 3 of small pepper.
  5. You need 1 of large red and green bell pepper.
  6. It's 1 of egg.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of sweetcorn.
  8. It's 1 of large garlic.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of crayfish.
  10. Prepare 4 cubes of maggi.
  11. It's to taste of Spices.
  12. It's of Smoked fish/sardine.
  13. You need 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.

  2. In a blender, pour the beans, small pepper, yellow pepper, onions, garlic, crayfish and blend in with a little quantity of water until smooth..
