  6. You need 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  7. It's Half of teaspoon turmeric.
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Dry coriander.
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Cumin.
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Black pepper.
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon of peri peri powder.
  12. Prepare 3 of tomatoes.
  13. It's 1 of green chillie.
  14. You need 1 teaspoon of garam masala.
  15. Prepare of Ginger and garlic.
  16. Prepare of Potatoes.

  1. Soake rice 1 hour befor cook then heat oil and chop onions,ginger and garlic and one green chilli put it in the pan untill gets soft..
  2. Now put chicken untill gets white then put tomatoes and all spices i have mentioned above, cook nicely until chicken 70% cook then put your vegetables and little bit water,cover now untill vegetables gets soft..
  3. Take a pan and boil the rice with oil and salt like 90 percent then drain the water,for dum put all curry you have cooked earlier then put rice on the top and cover on very slow flam for 15 minutes. Ready to enjoy..
