Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a terrible idea. Getting most of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Ingesting water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories away from your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are a whole lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. Ingredients of Oven-roasted Fish with Peppers

  2. It's 4 teaspoons of olive oil.
  3. You need 1 of onion, vertically sliced.
  4. You need 2 of chopped garlic cloves.
  5. You need 1 of green-pepper, cut into cubes.
  6. It's 1 of red- pepper, cut into cubes.
  7. You need 1 of yellow-pepper, cut into cubes.
  8. You need 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs spice.
  9. You need 1 teaspoon of fish spice.
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt.
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon of pepper.
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Oven-roasted Fish with Peppers step by step

  1. Add 2teaspoons oil in a large 0ven pan. Place the fish onto the pan and add another 2 tablespoon of oil, onion, garlic, and peppers on top..
  2. Heat the oven to 120 degrees.
  3. Add mixed herbs, fish spice, salt, pepper and lemon juice on top of the lemon. Bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Serve Fish with mash potatoes on the side..
