  2. It's of Titus fish.
  3. You need of Red pepper.
  4. It's of Tomatoes.
  5. It's of Tomato paste.
  6. Prepare of Onion.
  7. It's of Veg oil.
  8. Prepare of Seasoning of choice.

  1. Peel and place plantain in the oven rack, leave for 20 - 25 minute at below 150°C.
  2. Here is what it looks like,I used an hallogen oven here.
  3. Season and fry the fish,set aside.
  4. Heat oil in pan,add sliced onion,add blended tomatoes,pepper and onion.
  5. Allow it to fry well,add seasoning add fish... And yes! It's ready.
