If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a couple of floors early and walk the rest of the way? Most people will decide to be sluggish and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Pick water over other drinks. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. Getting all your hydration from them is a terrible idea. When you pick out water over other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. This also helps you lower your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Productive weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water ingestion.

There are plenty of things you can do to become healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. A good amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't overlook that health isn't only about simply how much you weigh. It’s about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Ingredients of bake sushi

  1. You need 2 cup of sushi rice.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of sour cream.
  3. Prepare 1/2 packages of imitation crab cut to small pieces.
  4. It's 1/2 lb of shrimp cut to small pieces.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of soft cream cheese.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of furikake aka Japanese rice seasoning.
  8. It's 3 tsp of salmon roe / fish egg.
  9. It's 1 packages of nori /sushi roll.

  1. cook rice according to package direction.
  2. preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. mix in one bowl the shrimp, imitation crab, mayo, cream cheese and sour cream all together.
  4. in a baking dish layer cook rice, the mix shrimp and crab, rice seasoning and fish egg.
  5. bake for 15 mins.
  6. then cut 1 whole of nori to 4 pcs and serve.
  7. let your guests roll the bake sushi by them selves it's more fun eating it.
